Reservations and Payments

A deposit of 50% of the total amount per person (unless otherwise indicated) must be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. The deposit is part of your final payment, which is due no less than 45 days prior to departure (unless otherwise indicated). Should full paymentnot be received by this date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and issue cancellation charges as shown below. When a booking is made within 45 days of departure, full payment should be sent with the Booking Form. Additional deposit requirements for air tickets or other services will be confirmed at the time of reservation.



 a) Credit cards – Tripbooking Travel accepts the following credit cards for payment via a mail order form that will be sent to you at the time of booking.

b) Credit card service fee – Tripbooking Travel do not charge the traveller a service fee on credit card payments.

c) Full payment - is required at the time of booking.



The cost of the tour includes Euro departure taxes, government and local taxes.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations must be in writing, via fax or mail. Prior to 45 days, there will be an administrative fee of 50€. All Escorted Tours have a 100% non refundable deposit. Within 45 days prior to departure, received in writing, the following penalties will apply:



- over 45 days: 20 % of total booking price (minimum € 200 pp)


- 45 to 29 days: 50 % of total booking price (minimum € 500 pp)


- 29 to 15 days or less: 75% of package


- less than 15 days : 100% of the package price.



All claims and refund have to be presented in writing to Tripbooking Travel no later than 3 weeks after returning from the land package. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing and include any unused documents with correspondence.


Travel insurance

We strongly recommend passengers to take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances which may arise (including cancellation fees, medical and curtailment expenses, loss of luggage, early departure from tour due to death or illness etc.)


Airline Cancellations Fees

After the ticket is issued a cancellation fee of at least 80% (up to the ticket cost) will be imposed by the airline.


Refunds for Unused Portions

No refunds will be made for services not taken.


Passports & Visas

Unless travelling domestically, traveller(s) must carry a valid passport and have obtained the appropriate visas when travelling with Tripbooking Travel. Please ensure your passport is valid for 6 months beyond the duration of the trip. It is the traveller(s) responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of the correct visas for your holiday. Tripbooking Travel cannot accept responsibility if you are refused entry to a country because you lack the correct visa documentation.



Should you have a complaint from your Tripbooking Travel , we urge you to discuss this at the time with the local Tripbooking Travel Partner.  In the event you wish to complain further, please contact Tripbooking Travel in writing within 30 days or travel. Complaints received outside this timeframe will not be considered.


Luggage limit

Each passenger is entitled to take one case, the sum of its length, width and depth not to exceed 160cm (63 inches), weight limit 20 kilos (44lbs). Airlines permit only 1 cabin bag per person, in which personal items such as cameras, make up etc. should be carried. Over limit luggage cannot be carried. Baggage is at "owners risk".


Not Included

Expenses and items not mentioned at time of booking are not covered including but not limited to: passports, meals other than stated in the itineraries, laundry and pressing service, items of personal nature, porterage and transportation from hometown to airports. The gratuity to coach drivers and local guides.
